How does the return process work?

1. Check your product

Ensure that the product is unused, and undamaged in any way. Place the product back in the original packaging and pack it securely to prevent it from getting damaged during transport.

2. Register your return

To do this, fill out the form below.

Excluded from returns are personalised products: products that have been made specifically for your and to your specifications.

If you wish to return an order based on the 14-day cooling-off period, the return shipping costs are at your own expense and the responsability for returning the product is yours.​​​​
