This cushion cover is handprinted with an 'eryngium'  inspired pattern in a shades of green on oatmeal linen. The cushion is part of the  Transylvania collection that helps raise funds for a nature conservation project in Copßa Mare Transylvania (more info below).
Cushion covers have a print on one side, the other side is made of the same fabric used for the print. The cushion can be ordered in two standard sizes (50 x 50 cm and 40 x 60 cm) and with 3 different finishes: piping with a covered zipper across the back; a flange and covered zipper across the back; an invisible zipper on one of the sides of the cushion. When ordering one of the piping options please let me know the colour of your choice using the contact form on this website.Custom sizes are possible use the contact form on this website.
Cushion covers are made to order, it can take up to 2 weeks for me to get them ready for shipping.

This pillow sleeve is handprinted using a stencilling technique. I only sell the cushion sleeve not the inner cushion.

Made for a 50 x 50 cm (±20 x 20 inch) standard size inner cushion.

Please note that colours on your screen may appear slightly different from the colours on the product. Products are printed in small batches and using very little ink. Slight variations in colour from one print to the next are therefore possible.

Product care

You can wash the pillow cold using a mild detergent and iron putting a thin cloth in between your iron and the printed fabric in Utrecht, The Netherlands.

If you wish to return a product after reception contact me within 14 days of delivery. Products on sale or custom orders cannot be returned.

Ship the products back to me within 21 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If a product is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

In order to get a better idea of the fabric and colours, you can order a colour swatch. The price for a colour swatch is € 5,- regardless of your location. On the swatch you will see the colours used, not the actual print. After receiving the swatch you will need to order quickly, as colours will change from one batch to the next. Because of the small quantities of ink used it is hard to replicate exactly the same colours. You can order by sending me a message with your email and address and I will send you an invoice.
This pattern is part of my ‘Transylvania collection'. The collection was made at the invitation of the Transylvania School of Botanic Art and Illustration and it will support their project of building a grasslands herbarium to record what is estimated to be some 300 flowering plant species growing above the village of Copça Mare. The project is set up to help protect this fragile ecosystem of flowers and grasses. 15 % of the proceeds of this series will go toward this project.
